1. the opportunity to purchase a printed book. I live in Cyprus, and very few companies deliver to the island.

2. the speed of delivery. It was incredible. Usually, delivery takes months, but here it was delivered in 4 days, even though delivery was completely free (the order cost was just over 50 euros).

3. the incredible, heartfelt, customer-focused approach and first-class service. The printed bookmarks, and especially the "Raccoons-Obormoty" ones, are absolutely heartbreaking 💔🥰.
