The chaos created by the loss of control of the Emperor, the helplessness of the Provisional Government, and the Bolshevik coup brought to Russia the horsemen of the Apocalypse: plague, war, famine, and death. Without pretending to analyze the revelations of John the Theologian, the author used this division of the calamities that fell on Russia to understand the consequences of these and other events of 1917-1922.
The Bolsheviks who took power, initially denying the need for the existence of the state and law, began to build a rigidly centralized state, formalized by the decree law of catastrophes, instead of Christian morality was planted class hatred. In order to overcome the social and moral catastrophe, a new economic policy was announced, which, although for a while, promoted the return of private property and private initiative, and the attraction and protection of foreign investment. It was decided to legally formalize the new state structure with the creation of the Soviet Union.
