Utopia on the march. The history of the Comintern in faces

One of the unsolved mysteries of the past century remains the emergence and activities of the international organization of communists, the Comintern, which sought to radically reorganize everyday life on a global scale. The instrument for achieving the ambitious goal was the proletarian masses of all countries, who were promised the advent of the "kingdom of God on Earth". The emissaries of the Comintern carried out their underground work in all countries of the world, there arose cells of the Communist Parties, which were preparing for an armed seizure of power. Despite the diversity of conditions, the unifying core of their struggle was loyalty to the "Russian example" - the experience of the Bolsheviks, who established their dictatorship during the Russian Revolution. The Comintern was founded in Moscow and throughout its existence did not hide the fact that its founding fathers were the leaders of the Bolshevik Party. Without their decisive word, coups d'état and revolutions were not carried out, congresses and plenums were not held, and the "general line" of policy was not approved.
