The fairy tales of the great Russian poet A.S. Pushkin (1799-1837) are known to us from early childhood.
The collection includes "The Tale of the Fisherman and the Fish" (1833), "The Tale of the Golden Cockerel" (1834), "The Tale of Tsar Saltan" (1831), "The Tale of the Dead Tsarevna and the Seven Bogatyrs" (1833), as well as an excerpt from the poem "Ruslan and Lyudmila" (1817-1820). The poem "Ruslan and Lyudmila" the poet began to write while still in the lyceum. Prince Vladimir the Red Sun is celebrating the wedding of his youngest daughter Lyudmila to Prince Ruslan. And only three guests are not happy about the happiness of the young, they are Ruslan's three rivals: Rogdai, Farlaf and Ratmir. Suddenly Ludmila disappears. Enraged, the great knight orders the young knights to go in search of Ludmila.
