In the fairy-tale world of the "Violators" series by Elena Yadrentseva, all the heroes are tired of their roles and the order of things, so they go crazy as best they can: they steal each other, declare boycotts, put armies to sleep, destroy and capture castles - in general, they break the rules and regulations of the game in every possible way.
The game goes on as long as the world stands. Don't give in to it.
Part 1. Chestnut's Memory: The Dark Castle
Young Chestnut lives in a house in the forest, adores his wizard father and knows nothing about himself. He loves to listen to his father tell stories and refuses to think that he will ever have to go out into the big world. However, Chestnut will soon be forced to remember his own past - and discover that everyone hates his father.
Karina lives in a boarding school for orphans and no longer hopes that someone will adopt her next holiday. Her interests are tasty food, secretly putting on eye makeup and chatting with her friend Katya. And it is right before the holiday that Karina drives the all-powerful director out of patience - now Karina is about to be kicked out of the boarding school in disgrace.
Sasha is a princess. One fine morning, her mother tells her to quickly pack her things and run away from the palace without telling her father. At first, Sasha does not understand anything, but her mother runs with her - and the road leads them to the castle of the dark lord, and after all, the light princess is not even allowed to talk to him.
Part 2. Gyurza's Memory: Light Gardens
What to do if you offended your father's guest and she ran away to her home? And if something incomprehensible happens in the house? And if you grew up there and promised yourself never, ever to return?
What to do if everyone in your home world has forgotten you, and in a foreign one you need to get into a fair, find someone's laughter and not get lost yourself?
And finally, what to do if your mother is too busy arranging her personal life, and your father is consumed with grief? The heroes of The Dark Castle will have to answer these questions in "Bright Gardens": the son of a strange father, Kashtan (although now not quite Kashtan), Princess Sasha and Karina, who still can't get over either orphanhood or boarding school.
