The partial program and its methodological implementation in the conditions of ECE is presented taking into account modern requirements to the organization of children's cognitive development. Special attention is paid to the ways of mastering cognitive actions by children, development of children's independence, initiative and creativity, techniques and methods of achieving results, evaluation of the essence of the child's participation in the activity.
The manual contains game situations for children from 2.5 to 7 years old, including a game plot, description of the game environment, cognitive tasks, methods of involving the child in the activity of mastering comparison, correlation, grouping, ordering by given properties. All presented game situations reflect the themes of exercises of the workbooks "Mathematics is Interesting" (from 2.5-3, 3-4, 4-5, 5-6, 6-7 years) and are primary in the methodology of realization of the content given in the workbooks. To optimize the results, the diagnostics of mathematical development of children aged 3-7 is proposed.
