"Capital" - the main work of the German philosopher, economist and political figure Karl Marx, which had a huge impact on the course of world history. The first volume of "Capital" was published in 1867, and the next two volumes were prepared for printing by Friedrich Engels after Marx's death. This edition is a processing of this classic work by the German historian and economist J. Borchardt. The book is made up of fragments of three volumes of "Capital": the task of J. Borchardt, in his words, was "to let Marx himself speak" and to enable any reader to understand the essence of his views. The book will be of interest not only to specialists (historians, economists, philosophers), but also to all those who would like to familiarize themselves with one of the most significant socio-economic theories, which is still hotly debated.
