Hello, I ordered books from this online store for the first time and was very pleased.
The employees are attentive, if necessary, they will call and clarify the order. Very wide choice. I selected books for my 2.5 year old and my 12 year old daughter, plus a couple for myself. The books are packed seriously, all new and beautiful, just like from a printing house. My daughter’s desire to read has returned 😀. We are very pleased.
Also, I did not regret that I paid for delivery. It is lightning fast - 2-3 days.

I really wanted to purchase A. Artamonov’s book “Without the Right of Return,” but due to the sanctions imposed on Russia, I could not do this, because It is not possible to pay for your order via credit card. I also searched on Google and there were several online stores offered in the Baltic countries, most of which were exclusively in the language of the country. That’s how I ended up in the Polaris store in Riga, which attracted me because its website is in Russian. Upon entering the site, I immediately realized that this online store was designed professionally, all the information was at a glance and it was very easy for me, as a new client, to navigate the site. Registration and order were completed within a couple of minutes and I was very surprised by the “affordable” postal rates (compared to stores in neighboring countries). The order was processed and sent by DHL within one (!) day from May 5 to May 6, and today, May 9, I already received the long-awaited book. Everything was carefully packed, the book itself was sealed in shrink-wrap film. While waiting for the order, I received four letters notifying me at what stage of processing my order was and the last letter notified that the order had been shipped, indicating the tracking number for the parcel.
I would like to note the impeccable information content and spelling of both the store’s website and the content of the letters. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience at the Polaris store and would like to thank everyone at the store for their excellent service. I have bookmarked it in my browser for future purchases and will definitely recommend it to my friends. - 5/09/2024
