Payment and return

It is important to know

  • We begin to process the order only after receiving the money in our account. After this, the order receives the status “In Processing”.
  • The “Processing” status means that your order is at the assembly stage - it is completed by our (the best in the world!) assemblers and carefully packaged for shipment :)
  • Once the order is packaged and sent to the delivery department, its status will change to “Completed”. We assign a tracking number to the order and transfer it to the courier service. The parcel will be delivered soon! (The speed will depend on the destination country and the shipping method you choose).
  • If the order is in the status “Awaiting payment”, this means that the money has not yet reached us, even if you have already sent it. Not all payment methods guarantee instant money transfer. Therefore, it is important to choose the fastest payment method whenever possible!

Payment methods

  • Payment by credit card online - you can pay for your order with a credit or debit card immediately upon placing it. We accept payment by VISA and Mastercard bank cards;
  • Payment via Internet banking;
  • Paypal - instant payment for your order through your Paypal account;
  • Direct bank transfer - after placing an order, you receive the necessary details and pay for the purchase by bank transfer. This is the longest payment method. When choosing it, please remember that the system does not reserve goods until the money reaches our account.
  • You can also pay with our e-Gift Card, which can be purchased at link.

Purchase returns

You can return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns will only be accepted for items purchased at full price. Goods sold on sale, on sale or at a discount, are not accepted for return.

According to article 12, part 6 of the Law of the Republic of Latvia "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the consumer is responsible for the safety and quality of the goods during the term of the right to return.

We reserve the right to refuse to return the goods to the buyer if the goods were in use, damaged, not in a complete set, lost their original appearance (scratches, crumpled corners and similar defects are noticeable), when returning the goods were not sufficiently hermetically packed (not protected corners of the books, the cover is not protected from scratches and bends), which led to damage to the goods.

When returning goods, you must present the original document confirming the purchase (invoice or cash register receipt). Returns are made through your local post office or international courier service. When returning goods, the money for the delivery carried out is not refundable.

  • Please download, print and fill out return form.
  • Pack the product in such a way that it does not deform: it was in a sealed and solid package, the corners are securely protected, the cover is not subject to bends and scratches.
