We ship books all over the world!

Delivery across the countries of geographic Europe (including the UK, Norway): We send orders by mail, UPS, DPD, HRX and DHL.

Free shipping to EU countries, as well as to the UK, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland and Serbia on orders over 49,99. For smaller orders, standard shipping costs €14.99. You can calculate the express shipping cost by adding the item to your shopping cart.

Delivery terms:

• Standard delivery by courier services: 6-12 business days after order processing.
• Standard Mail Delivery: 8-16 working days after order processing.
• Paid express delivery by DHL: 2-3 business days after order processing. We process express orders first!

To Malta, Cyprus, Greek, Canary, Aland, Azores - we send parcels only by mail. Delivery can take up to 1,5 months.

Delivery to other countries of the world: Shipping costs can be calculated by adding the item to your shopping cart.

What else do you need to know?

• The maximum weight of one parcel is 30 kg.
• Order processed within 3-5 working days after payment confirmation, after which we transfer your order to the delivery service. During discounts and in December, the order processing time may increase up to 7 working days. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the order will only be processed after the money has been credited to our account, which may take an additional 2-3 business days.
• Please check your contact information carefully when placing an order. Correctly entered delivery address and phone number will help us deliver your order on time.
• For information on customs declaration, taxes and duties, we recommend that you check with the customs department of the country of delivery.
• Parcels delivered to the UK with a value of more than £135 will need to clear customs and pay a fee. If the value of the order does not exceed 135 pounds, you do not need to pay anything extra.
• During holidays and sales, order processing times may be extended by 2-4 business days. On pre-holiday and holidays, information on the increase in delivery times can be found on the official websites of courier services.

Delivery in the Baltics

All orders in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia are delivered via parcel machines Omniva, Venipak Pickup Point and courier service Venipak.

Latvia

• Delivery by Venipak courier: when ordering from €19.99 - free of charge! For orders of less than €4.99 shipping costs.

Terms of standard delivery in Latvia 2-3 working days after the order has been processed, depending on the payment method and delivery location.

• Get the goods in the store (Latvia) You can pick up your purchase directly from the store. This is a free shipping method! To do this, you must select the option "Get the goods in the store" during checkout. When receiving an order, you must have the order number with you.

Lithuania, Estonia

• Delivery to Omniva parcel machines: when ordering from €19.99 - free of charge! For orders of less than €5.99 shipping costs.

Delivery times to Lithuania, Estonia - 2-4 working days after order processing. In the case of delivery by courier service in the Baltic countries, the day before or on the day of delivery, the courier will contact you in advance to confirm the address and specify the delivery time.
