Thank you so much for your attention to detail! I was just amazed when I got a call from the store and repented that the spine of one of the books I ordered was damaged and the book was a single copy. I am building my personal library and it was not a matter of principle to me - I asked them to send it out. The damage was minor and if I had bought the book in a store, I wouldn't have even noticed. That's how much the guys love the books they sell! It wasn't the first time I ordered and it won't be the last. What's nice is the books arrive in Ireland in less than 2 weeks and shipping is free for my volumes! All the books and board games are quality packaged. Special thanks for the gifts! Each parcel is a holiday for the whole family.
