Actually I'm not a fan of leaving reviews, but in this case I'll make an exception - this online bookstore is a real godsend for every book lover! After several orders and extra-wishes I am delighted with the available books, the speed of processing and payment options (I will not hide, if still to Paypal (which I do not use) would install the ability to pay with Klarna I would not express here at all). But what impresses me most is the great, friendly and very customer-oriented service! I've ordered from several other online stores and I haven't even roughly seen such courteous, prompt and personal contact with the customer in case of anything. And yes, another small but very important service area of this store, before which I took off my hat - \"guys-girls\"" from the team of the store are able to find even that seemingly no longer find anywhere! And they do it quickly! Out of (so far) four requested to search for books, they found three, and one of them I myself was looking for more than two years and did not find anywhere. The team coped easily and effortlessly in 4 days! And not an unimportant factor - prices. They are quite humane in comparison. Delivery to Germany - about a week (it's very fast; although UPS makes sometimes nervous leaving parcels sometimes just in front of the door - but this is a problem with UPS and not the problem of the store). Wonderful store! My order was delivered to Finland in less than a week by UPS (i.e. to my door). Each book was carefully wrapped in cellophane and the box was additionally protected. Hello. I'm writing a review, because I can not help but share my opinion about the site Kniga.lv. In general, I am all tired, the choice of books is quite wide, there are no problems with delivery. If the desired book is not in stock, always write to the feedback form and the books I need are ordered with delivery to Riga. Wait also not long, a week or two. It is tolerable :) Here if more often discounts in the online store would be.... or from 10% to 15% raise the loyalty card. I order very often and quite a long time ago. Compared to other online stores, Kniga.lv prices are quite low. Good luck to you. Your regular customer!!!
