Everyone involved with KNIGA.LV deserves the highest praise for their professionalism and serious, responsible, and attentive attitude toward customers (even small gifts like postcards and bookmarks, as mentioned in every review, confirm this). In my case, the problem was resolved promptly. Upon receipt, I discovered a crease in one book, even though it was impeccably packaged. I was immediately offered an exchange or a gift card for a discount on my next purchase. I was leaning toward purchasing a book that was out of stock at the time, but they ordered it and found it quickly—they approached the issue individually, with special attention and understanding. Delivery in both cases was completed within 4 days of dispatch—and this was from Latvia to Italy!
