I am very touched by the work done and would like to express my gratitude to the staff of this chain of bookstores. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the books I was looking for for my collection were found and ordered. The advice I received via email was very detailed and polite. Even the most obvious questions were answered with care and attention, and it was clear that the team was genuinely interested in finding and selling books. When I picked up my order and unpacked it, I found the books and an envelope. Inside was a letter and several pleasant surprises. After reading the letter and the thank-you card, I was finally convinced that I had made the right choice by contacting this chain. Very pleasant service, 10 out of 10. Super shop 👍👍👍 I recommend kniga.lv to anyone looking for books in Russian. A large selection of books on the site and the ability to order books that are not in the online store. If the product is in stock, then delivery to Estonia is only 2-3 days. The books are very well packaged, so there is no risk of damage during transportation. Thank you! 🙂
