On July 22, I went to your store in Origo to pick up a book I had ordered. The woman working at the cash register was extremely unfriendly. First of all, she looked for my book for a long time, and secondly, when she found out that I had ordered the book through an online store, she made a displeased face and answered in a boorish way that you should tell in advance how you ordered the book. This has never been asked of me before and the book was given out quickly and most importantly politely. A woman should correct her manner of speech with customers and not express her unjustified dissatisfaction. The store itself is good, but sellers sometimes just amaze me.yes

Very pleased to order on this site, after 3 days sent the order, five days after shipping received the order in Italy. Delivery is free order from 50 euros... Books all in the film, each book employee was not lazy to wrap + plastic bookmark presented. Books without defects and creases. This is not the first order and definitely not the last. I rarely leave reviews, but I was amazed by the work of the store! I have never had books shipped to the UK from Europe so quickly: it took just over a week from ordering to receipt, and that was only because I had to reschedule the delivery! Not a single book was damaged in transit: each book was packed in food wrap and all of them were packed tightly in a box. The books came in perfect condition! Very good price for the books compared to other stores around Europe. Thank you very much! I will definitely order more from you!"
