On July 22, I went to your store in Origo to pick up a book I had ordered. The woman working at the cash register was extremely unfriendly. First of all, she looked for my book for a long time, and secondly, when she found out that I had ordered the book through an online store, she made a displeased face and answered in a boorish way that you should tell in advance how you ordered the book. This has never been asked of me before and the book was given out quickly and most importantly politely. A woman should correct her manner of speech with customers and not express her unjustified dissatisfaction. The store itself is good, but sellers sometimes just amaze me.yes
