The chaos created by the loss of control of the emperor, the helplessness of the Provisional Government and the Bolshevik coup brought the horsemen of the Apocalypse to Russia: plague, war, famine and death. Without pretending to analyze the revelations of John the Theologian, the author used this division of the troubles that befell Russia to understand the consequences of these and other events of 1917-1922.
The Bolsheviks who took power, initially denying the need for the existence of a state and law, began to build a strictly centralized state, formalized by the decree of the law of disasters; instead of Christian morality, class hatred was instilled. To get out of the social and moral catastrophe, a new economic policy was announced, which, albeit temporarily, contributed to the return of private property and private initiative, attracting and protecting foreign investment. It was decided to formalize the emerging state structure legally by creating the Soviet Union.
