The study analyzes the foreign policy of the government of Admiral Alexander Vasilyevich Kolchak. Relations with foreign powers are viewed through the prism of three main directions of the government's foreign policy: international recognition of the government, foreign aid to the White movement, and the complex issue of relations with the newly formed states on the territory of the Russian Empire. The basis of the work is an analysis of the influence of Russian and foreign diplomats on decision-making in Omsk and on the role of the Russian Political Conference in Paris. The publication is addressed to historians, specialists in international relations, as well as anyone interested in the history of Russia during the Civil War.
