Thirty years ago, as a result of a coup d'état carried out by Yeltsin and his supporters with the support of foreign enemies of our country, the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics was destroyed. The Soviet Union, despite the ideological alienation of its ideology from the Russian tradition, remained for us, Russians, the Motherland, which both ordinary people and prominent writers very often called “Russia”. And the “Soviet Union” is just the official name of the state, which by the end of the 80s of the twentieth century it was time to change to a historical and beloved name. For those who remember what happened to our country 30 years ago, it is hard to watch how Mikhail Gorbachev is honored - the initiator of the so-called "perestroika", who had all the tools of government in his hands to suppress sedition and bring the country onto the main path of its development, laid down in tradition, but brought it to ruin. For a short period of 1991-1995. colossal capitals arose in Russia, political power in the country acquired support in the newly-minted oligarchs, and they widely used them in asserting their status as masters of life. Yeltsin brought closer to himself, that is, to power, a group of the elite: Berezovsky, Gusinsky, Smolensky, Khodorkovsky, Fridman, Chubais. In addition to these characters of the 90s, major managers who also controlled huge property complexes and usurped power, the presidents of some internal republics, state representatives in the largest fuel and production corporations should be considered oligarchs. Understanding the transformation that has taken place with Russia is one of the steps towards getting rid of the oligarchy and establishing a just government that lives by fulfilling socially useful tasks. In what the author sees his civic and professional duty.
