This work was written by a specialist in the field of computer modeling and methods of numerical analysis of mathematical models. The author begins with a detailed story about St. Basil's Cathedral as a symbolic Heavenly Jerusalem in the sacred topography of medieval Moscow, and then proceeds to a story about historical figures of the era of Ivan the Terrible. Comparing various sources (first of all, referring to the Illuminated Chronicle), the researcher reconstructs some periods of that time literally day by day and shares his vision of the development of events and the role of the king's associates. Often she argues with historians, explaining, but not imposing her position on the reader. Marina Olegovna (October 7, 1959 - April 25, 2020) left this world at the age of 60 and, unfortunately, did not have time to finish her research. The last thing she considered was the flight of Andrei Kurbsky to Lithuania in 1564.
