Today in Italy I received my first order from Polaris. Everything went perfectly: from placing the order to unpacking it. The books arrived in excellent condition, plus a nice bookmark with a postcard and a plastic card. Huge gratitude!
I would like to especially note:
1) very informative site, everything is simple and clear.
2) a really huge selection of literature (I am an experienced book buyer and found almost everything I wanted).
2) immediate response to client letters in a very friendly manner of communication (by mistake I indicated an inaccurate address, wrote a letter and my wishes were quickly taken into account).
3) extremely neat packaging!!! Simply beyond praise. Honestly: I didn’t expect this :). This is the first time I have received books so well packaged.
4) clear work on organizing the delivery of goods: I constantly received letters from the carrier about each stage of delivery. The goods were delivered at the time I selected.
Polaris, I'm with you for a long time now!

Hello, I ordered books from this online store for the first time and was very pleased.
The employees are attentive, if necessary, they will call and clarify the order. Very wide choice. I selected books for my 2.5 year old and my 12 year old daughter, plus a couple for myself. The books are packed seriously, all new and beautiful, just like from a printing house. My daughter’s desire to read has returned 😀. We are very pleased.
Also, I did not regret that I paid for delivery. It is lightning fast - 2-3 days.
