I am extremely satisfied with the store. I ordered for myself for the first time three books to Germany. Ordered 03.04.23 and received the order on 11.04.23, that is, in 8 days (with the fact that from Friday to Monday was Easter weekend). The books came in perfect condition, in foil and well packaged. I can't even believe that this is how people can work! For comparison: I ordered from three different online stores in Germany and not a single book came at least in foil. Moreover, there was damage to the books due to loose, poor packaging. It was very frustrating. But here they brought from Latvia and it was such a beauty! The prices in Polaris are normal. In short, I will continue to order books here. I recommend.

The books came in excellent condition and fairly quickly. However, I would like to point out that I accidentally ruined the topmost book by cutting a large amount of tape with scissors. That being said, all the books had cardboard and velcro wrap between them, the protection is excellent. But the topmost book was not covered with anything and I hit it when opening it. Very frustrating, it's the most expensive book in the order and such stupidity. Probably should cover the top book better. And when unpacking I had a big pile of film and cardboard, but it was all inner layers - and it would have been better to have an outer protection.
