Hello. I used the site's services through friends before, but this time I decided to register and place an order myself. I have no words, I am absolutely delighted, starting from the books and ending with the customer service. I ordered the wrong set of books, they easily changed them, and they put very cute personalized gifts in the parcel ❤️ The parcel arrived quickly, delivered by DHL. Just received my order! Guys! I am so delighted! 🤩 The way you pack books is a separate art form! 😍 Not a single corner was wrinkled! Not a single page! I asked the courier to leave the box at the front door of the house, because there was a chance of missing the delivery, I was worried that the box would get wet (in Scandinavia, as always, it was raining. 🙄😅) The courier arrived early, so he handed the order over, but seeing how it was packed (!!!) even rain would not have bothered her! With the way you do it, there is no chance of damaging the books! 👏🏻It is incredibly pleasant to see such care for books and their readers!
