The book contains well-known and little-known interviews of Viktor Tsoi to the Soviet media - television, radio, newspapers and magazines - as well as the underground publications "Roxy" and "RIO" in the period from 1983 to 1990. The book also includes transcribed video interviews and press conferences, Victor's conversations with the audience, answers to notes after the concerts, and some archival photographs. The interview is accompanied by the comments of the author-compiler. “This year is the anniversary. Tsoi would have turned 60 years old. Tsoi is not with us, but Tsoi is alive, and KINO has confidently stepped with us into 2022... a wide range of topics and problems that worried the leader of the KINO group at that already distant, but nevertheless such a close time for us.
